Instead of using sour cream which may be unhealthy, we can use the ingredients below as replacement:

Sour yogurt

chopped green onions (daun bawang)

Lime juice

Shallot spice (or any spice to add flavour)

Just add them all together and let it chilled it fridge so that the flavour from the onion gets into the yogurt.

Most people recommend that salt should not be added to our baby’s food especially when they are below one. I do not add any salt too. However since they often take some bites from my spoon, they somehow recognise that my food is more tastier than theirs, and therefore always refuse to finish their plain porridge.

Finally after a long wait, they are ONE! (birthday just celebrated with annuity investment bought for them as their first birthday present after a brief annuity explanations from a close friend of mine). Well, since they are older now, my mum suggested that I could add some organic black soya sauce so that their porridge ‘taste’ better.

Verdict: Now their porridge taste so much better than my rice. Unlike normal soya sauce we have, these organic ones really taste fantastic.

Where to get: I suppose any organic store nearby to your place.

Price: Rm19.80 (I got another 10% discount to this price)

Salad going together with my favourite salad sauce from Pasta Zanmai’s shop (exactly what they are using for their served salad that comes complimentary when you order a set). I think it is the best sesame salad sauce I ever had. Unlike other sauce, this sauce is oil free and quite watery (therefore finished quick too!) The smell is not too strong, but it smells really fragant. This is already my 2nd bottle. A must try!
