Uncomfortable with “cup”

Thursday, November 3rd, 2011

I know it is not very appropriate to talk about some other kind of cup here, LOL, but I just feel very uncomfortable these few days with the cup during my menses. My friend said I have very low pain tolerance. I must admit I am lousy at pain management and that explained why I need a lot of Anesthesiologist Jobs during my past surgeries.

Have been cooking quite some new recipes these days but I just have no mood to take any picture or post them up, sigh..bear with me ya..

Less 3.5kg now

Wednesday, January 26th, 2011

I am so happy that I am actually loosing weight, still loosing weight although at an extremely slow rate. When I started on Herbalife replacement meal for my daily breakfast since mid of November, I already loose up to 3.5kg today (which is in 2 and a half month). I bet I would surely loose more weight down the road, according to the apidexin reviews I read if I can be more discipline in my eating habit.

2 meal replacement with Herbalife

Thursday, November 25th, 2010

It is not as easy as you think. I still feel very hungry 2 hours later, after taking my morning shake. Just imagine when the recipe calls for 2 meal replacement. In another word, one should only take a meal a day and replace the other 2 with herbalife shake.

Although it sounds a little bit impossible, I see many men actually successfully do with herbalife. Yes, nutrient wise, I would agree that a shake contains all the needed men’s vitamin. But I wonder how do they actually hold their hunger for so many hours?

Metabolisme Age

Friday, November 19th, 2010

I almost giving up loosing weight already. I tried so many products that I can reach locally but just cannot find anything that works as good as hoodia diet pills.

Can you believe that my metabolisme age shows 14 years older than I actually is? In another words, my internal organ is so old and already not in tip top condition (or at least at par with my actual age!)

Gosh, it is really bad isn’t it? So for health reason, I decided to take up a program now with Herbalife.

I started off with a trial by paying Rm13 for shake as breakfast, for 3 consecutive days. Wanting so much to be healthy again, I continue another 30 days program with coaching. Average cost me a Rm11 a meal replacement at a nearby Kiosk. Expensive eh?

Simple steps to wash the blender

Monday, October 18th, 2010

In case if you are wondering which kind of juicer I am using, well, it is just the most basic juice blender, a cheap Philip. It has a blender (plus a filter in the middle for clear juice) and a mill for dry items. I saw that it is only selling at Rm11x today in Carefour!

In order to take all the pulp as well, I omit the filter when I blend the fruits and vegetables. Just coarsely cut everything and throw them into the blender. Add some water, milk or yogurt drink to blend everything together.

Washing Part

As for washing part, I just easily rinse away the pulp around the blade on this blender jar on the running pipe water. No need to brush or whatsoever since I do not use the filter to filter off the pulp. After it is clean, I just leave it on the drier rack to dry by itself since I will be using it again tomorrow.

Troublesome? Not at all if you wish to have the natural best treatment for acne. Although I could have Kakak prepare and wash up everything for me, I still prefer to wash, cut my own fruits and rinse the blender immediately after using. Just want to make sure that EVERYTHING is CLEAN since I am going to swallow everything raw in there!

Weak boys

Wednesday, February 24th, 2010

I find that my boys are quite weak in health although they are fully breastfed. I remember I was prescribed by the gynae and took lots of the best prenatal vitamins when I was preggy with them for extra nutrition. Although they are born at good weight and only fed with breasmilk exclusively, they still get sick very easily monthly. I hope they will grow out of it and have better immune system when they reach 2 this June!

2010 Diet plan

Friday, January 8th, 2010

I have stronger desire to slim down this time, I really do. Every week, I have a Chinese Urut Lady to come over for slimming massage,  I cut down my rice intake, and start switching from white bread and white rice to brown rice and wholemeal. I wish I can really be strict with myself on an exercise regime or a fitness equipment at home to make me do it regularly.

Ingredients used as shown above.

Alicia did a demo on how to cook her version of vegetarian “tang hun” (glass noodle in hokkien) without having to soak the glass noodle.

Curious mommies are checking out those recomended ingredients or brands of products to use.

Alicia is frying it hot on the stove….waited by hungry stomachs at the table..*Grr grr*..

Have not been going to cooking classes since the boys are born. I hope the ladies from the Buddhist society will organise more of such cooking classes in future, in Mrs Yong’s new house with especially in her nice and spacious kitchen with safe exit signs at her home.

Ensure milk

Monday, February 16th, 2009

Not being blessed with a fair skin like my peers and both my brothers, I had always wanted to look fair when I was young. I applied lots of baby powder on my face, take an umbrella whenever I go under the sun when I was a teenager. Unfortunately nothing works for me.

When I got pregnant with QQ, my mum advised me to drink the Ensure Milk from Abbott (she even bought it for me). It is highly nutritious and expensive soy milk (even suitable for be used as meal replacement). A tin of 1000g cost about RM55. My mum and her friends who drank this milk during their pregnancy swears by it (true enough my youngest brother is the fairest among us, and with a high nose bone, he look very “ang-mor” too :p)

However not everyone can tolerate milk, what’s more soy taste. Unfortunately I could not even accept the taste when I carried QQ (I am very disheartened each time her friend’s parents in school commented on her “tan” skin).

When I carried the twin boys, I love the taste! (be it vanilla, strawberry or chocolate) I am a milk drinker since young and I drink Ensure milk at least 3 cups a day! That is how both my Bumbo boys are blessed with fair, white and super smooth tofu skin although hubby and I looks tan.
