Recipe for the above:

• Flour
• Egg
• Planta
• Water

I do not remember the exact amount of the ingredients needed, but I just add as I knead the dough, you know, it is just how we do our homemade Pan mee. Don’t you think they look cute?

Simple sandwich with butter and kaya. Cut out ribbon from the leftover bread skin, and I used chocolate chips for her eyes and nose.

It is interesting to create something cute for my girl, if only I have ample of time. Bread has been QQ’s all time favourite no matter what I apply in between. So I only have to decorate it, so that it look appealing to her little eyes. After getting Kitty Cat sandwich for the first time, she requested additional bread the next day. See what I do for her the next day in my next post. *Rushing off to help my neighbour to get the adult diapers for her granny.*

This shoe shape puncher is quite big and very easy to use. Worth investing if you are doing Kyaraben or Character Bento (cute faces on your food).

Mickey & Minnie Mouse Butter Cookies

Ingredients:
100g butter (I used Golden Churn)
80g castor sugar
1tsp condense milk
1 egg yolk
100g self raising flour
100g plain flour (I added more until they are not too soft to stamp Mickey Mouse shape)
20g corn flour

Method:
1. Beat butter and sugar
2. Add in egg yolk and condense milk
3. Fold in flour. Mix well (just beat evenly at slow speed)
4. Keep dough in fridge for at least 30mins
5. Roll dough and cut into shapes
5. Bake at preheated oven at 170C degree for 15mins

Although they are delicious, no doubt they are heaty too. Can’t eat too much of these otherwise my hubby would gonna need help from his Spawn supplement.

QQ usually gets a sticker for behaving well. So I am using these bento kits as QQ’s behaviour award redemption gift. She has to collect enough sticker to redeem them one by one from me. That is why I am still keeping most of them.

So I have to show her only the the pictures online, and tempt her to get her Cute Picks and Lunch Box asap.

Ever since my tummy gets bigger, I can hardly walk for long. So every time, I would have to get my dear friend, Seet to do the marketing for me.

Since hubby is around and my girl got up so early today, we managed to go for a good breakfast and do some light marketing at the market. With the price hike on everything, especially the pork and meat, we bought so much vegetables and fruits since we are eating more vegetables now. Hope my children would love to consume more green in future so that they will not rely on acne solutions like their mum did in her teenage years.

am eagerly waiting for my bento stuffs to arrive from Japan, thanks to CP. I feel that kids are really lucky nowadays as they have so much to enjoy as compare to our time. kids stuffs are very pretty nowadays, but they definitely does not come cheap. For instant, mums who get heads over heals with “bento-ing” will know that it not only takes a lot of money to get nice things for their kids, but a lot of effort in preparation as well. Sigh, merchants are really good at making money from parents these days, besides proposing the necessary protection for kids, such as the life insurance for kids !!
