<p>After searching for high and low to make the curly frills for my <a href="http://decuisine.net/2009/01/authentic-nyonya-pineapple-tarts-first-trial/">Nyonya Pineapple Tarts</a>, I finally got this Zig Zag knife from my Grandma. It is made of stainless steel, and despite so many years, she still keep this in such a good condition!</p>
<p>I remember her using this to cut her pink jelly whenever she made them. She has not been using this for a long long time, and good that I remember it when I was frantically searching for one. A good pass down <img src='http://decuisine.net/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
