Fried Chicken

I always thought it is difficult to fry chicken. Furthermore, it isn’t healthy at all to eat fried stuff so frequently so I thought eating out is best would be best whenever we have craving for fried dish like this.

One day I tried and I realised I was wrong. Frying chicken is even so much easier than frying fish!

Method:

  1. Deboned chicken thighs
  2. Marinate with some salt, pepper, ginger and shallot sauce
  3. Dip into egg
  4. Dust with KFC flour (I place a plastic fill with flour, shake to coat the chicken, piece by piece so its even)

Can’t believe it is so easy!
