Eating healthily

As if it is age catching up, I find myself having the urge to learn to make all the good dishes, especially traditional dishes that my family loves. Unlike recently, cooking in the past used to be more unhealthy due to some of the ingredient used, like lard, salted fish, belacan and fish sauce. Although healthier alternative can be used, still it would not taste as good as those traditional ingredient used. I wonder if we will have difficulty to get a good insurance quote if we continue to eat unhealthily like how we did last time.
