Zig Zag Knife

After searching for high and low to make the curly frills for my Nyonya Pineapple Tarts, I finally got this Zig Zag knife from my Grandma. It is made of stainless steel, and despite so many years, she still keep this in such a good condition!
I remember her using this to cut her pink jelly whenever she made them. She has not been using this for a long long time, and good that I remember it when I was frantically searching for one. A good pass down
