Baking the Cashewnut cookies

Ingredients A:
250g butter
100g castor sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla essence

Ingredients B
350g plain flour
20g custard powder
some blended cashewnuts
Halved cashewnuts for top decor

Method:
1. Cream butter and sugar (but we used rubbing in method)
2. Add in egg yolk and vanilla essence. Mix well.
3. Add in sieved flour and custard powder.
4. Cut with shape cutter and place a half cashewnut on top.
5. Brush over with egg

Can guess who is the one in black? Haha….I bet she did not even know I snapped a pic of her baking with Audrey (in white shirt). Thanks for coming over, Kiasumum for coming over and help me with my baking! *rushing to complete all my baking task so that I could pack for our long holiday using the vacation rentals.*
