		<description>aiyoh... 15 mins too long lioa! 5 mins should be more than enough as it is an electric oven.

To beat the batter, use a mixer on medium for about 5 mins and hight for 1 to 2 mins and stop when you see the batter turned whitish and the amount rose to be doubled.

And most important, never bake cupcakes more than 25 mins!!! And bake only around 160-175 degree.</description>
