Gaining without losing calories

We hardly do any exercise nowadays except going on shopping during the weekends. I think that is the time we walk the most, of all time. Other than that, we were pretty tired and busy during the weekends. Before I was pregnant, I used to take an evening stroll with my little fell while she does some slow cycling around the neighbourhood. Hubby on the other hand works till late night during weekdays. Can even see his tummy is growing big instead of his muscles. I think busy people like us should get ourselves some strength equipment for home exercise. Otherwise we will be in NO SHAPE in no time!
