Baking school

While I was having dinner with my hubby just now, the topic of cooking and baking came arise. While I love to explore on cooking and now baking, my hubby is the one who would prefer to pay for his dish and have his meal outside. Since I am no longer working, now that I have all the time in the day to try out all my favourite recipes to cook and bake. Still an amateur baker at the moment, I could now easily comprehend the tips and basic skill of baking with just a book. If you see some of my recent baking projects, you would even think they are creations of some expert bakers!
I do wish to learn more about baking, and most important, decorating. In food and beverage, it is decorating that sells! If you realise, it is the décor that sells the food, second comes the taste. I really wish to enrol myself more into some baking and cooking course, because I know it would take me a step further, enhancing the basic skill and most important of all, interest that I already have.
With Culinary Academy of California, I can even turn my passion into a business. They provide trainings from chefs, culinary professionals, using the latest equipment and techniques. It is very important to get hands-on learning in school, so that we could absorb the method and skill fully.
For my dear friends who are currently residing in Paris, you might want to check out with the Hospitality Institute of Chicago for French cooking techniques. If you are very into baking, check out with California Culinary Arts School where it offers you Le Cordon Bleu training and education all you need to be the best in culinary arts, pastry and baking arts.
